Hello! I'm Hayden.
I enjoy building things.
I'm an electrical engineer by trade and a hobbyist in my free time. I currently reside in Seattle, Washington where I work as the Lead Firmware Engineer at Terra Kaffe.
About Me
I'm originally from Phoenix, AZ. I've lived in Atlanta, GA for college, as well as Seattle, WA, Dallas, TX, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for work. I graduated with highest honors from Georgia Institute of Technology in May, 2015 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. During my time there I was involved with undergraduate research on the Prox-1 student satellite team, and spent summers interning with Fender Musical Instruments Corporation and Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories.
Currently, I work at Terra Kaffe as their Lead Firmware Engineer writing firmware for IoT enabled super-automatic espresso machines. In my free time I enjoy cooking, rock climbing, skiing, bass guitar, and a wide array of personal interests. Recently I've been contributing to Zig programming language and am part of the Zig Embedded Group. Come check out what I've been up to on Github!
